Good Bones Broth Company, LLC Customer Agreement: This Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and Good Bones Broth Company, LLC, (“Good Bones”) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive orders from Good Bones, including processing and delivery of product orders. Your use of goodbonesbroth.com website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, please do not use our website for any reason. Responsibility for products after they have shipped: once delivered by FedEx, Good Bones Broth Company, LLC will no longer be responsible or liable for the contents. Please track your shipment and be available or make arrangements to receive your order and immediately store your products as indicated. 

Refund Policy: We do not accept returns for our food products or offer refunds based on personal taste, allergies or reactions to products. We of course will credit or refund products that arrived damaged. To start a return, you can contact us at info@goodbonesbroth.com. Please include as much information and photos so that we are better able to help: Order number, condition upon arrival, and when the shipment was received. We will do our best to make things right! Items should not be sent back and any/all returns cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods (beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

Once we have received your inquiry we will evaluate your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
